Be Kids Yoga™ is my fun-filled breath + movement program designed to empower kids to be kids with a bright mind, kind heart & strong body.
Big & slow belly breaths are a great tool to help you feel calm, cool and centered. When you're ready, sit up tall to support your core & to feel confidently ready. Start your belly breathing practice with a few deep breaths in through your nose and down into your belly.
Let your belly EXPAND on the IN-Breath and Contract on your OUT-Breath.. *A Hoberman sphere is a fun tool to visualize the movement of your breath expanding and contracting through the belly & rib cage.
